We aim to start your order within 24hrs of receiving it.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Your order typically takes up to 5 working days to complete and dispatch. This timeframe allows us to dedicate the necessary attention to the hand finishing of our exclusive frames ensuring each piece meets our high-quality standards.
Can I Check the Status of My Order?
Yes, you can stay informed every step of the way. We’ll send you an email notification when your order enters production and another update when it’s shipped and on its way to you.
Can I Change My Order?
Absolutely. You have the flexibility to modify your order before it enters the production stage. This includes changes to the frame type, size, image, and final shipping address. If you wish to add more to your purchase, just reach out to us and our team will be happy to assist you with the addition.

Uploading an image to print & frame
Uploading an image to print & frame is an easy process. You can upload from your phone or computer straight to the print studio where you can customise the size and frame.
What size can I print?
The print size is dependent on the image size uploaded. The larger the image size, the larger we can print & frame your image, so please try to upload a large size image up to 20MB in JPEG format only. If your image is too small to print, you will be notified in the upload section with a warning.
Can you check the image quality for me before printing?
Yes. Our printing department will check the resolution and quality of your image before printing. Small changes may be applied to improve the quality of the photo. In the event the photo is not suitable you will be contacted by a member of our customer support team on how to make revisions.
Is there an additional charge for printing?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
Will my image fade?
Unlike other providers we offer only museum grade archival products. This includes the framing, print media and the inks. Our prints are certified and rated 100+ years.

What if my order / shipment is damaged?
Though every frame undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping, accidents can occur. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’re here to provide assistance and guidance to resolve the issue promptly.

How do I hang my art or photo frame?
All our frames ship with picture cord pre-installed and full hanging instructions. It should only take a few minutes to hang your framed picture on your wall.
How do I care for my framed art?
All our art and printed images feature our museum art shield coating, eliminating the need for gazing, but we suggest avoid hanging in an area with direct sunlight. To clean, use a dry duster. Avoid using any cleaning products which could damage the surface of your image and the art shield protective coating.
